Design hpp press and fea and cfd and animation
Design the water cylinder id66 od maybe 150mm, take a 200ton jack , piston with 3 inconel718 rings from combustion engines, piston stroke500mm, and oil pump and push the piston to produce 6000bar, make fea and cfd and animation.
Put water cylinder onto 4m tube with traveler (chamber divider with seals like o-rings), design c flanges and caps and 2 (undetermined) valves on each side, let water flow in when juice already fills the whole tube volume, press juice to 6000bar, make fea and cfd and animation.
Put components around press like air pressure with 4 cylinders controlling the valves, design valves with sealing, choose cylinders: sucking juice and pressing into tube and the one pressing juice out with 10L of water, show interface to bottling station (no oxygen, all ss304 tubes), show system cleaning with water, make fea and cfd and animation.

Please start suggesting steel, ie 4130, and bare in mind this is for hygienic juice treatment (acid), so ss316 inside. I need the plans for all parts that need to be produced, maybe you even find a producer in your country?
General useful data:
show a container on a farmer´s land, zoom in on container, cut open, show machines, if possible show how ie oranges are filled in washer, conveyed to mincer, then grinder, then you need to zoom further in on the press. You need to show how the juice is filled into the 4m long tube, pushing the chamber divider from right to left. you need to show the hydraulic pump, the 200 ton jack, the water cylinder where 1.75L are pressed to 6000bar while seeing how the water flows into the 4m long tube, compressing the juice, so the divider moves 60cm to the right=15%, and please find a means how to show the enormous pressure. Zoom further in on the juice and show bacteria dying. Zoom out again and show decompression while 200ton jack moves piston back. Show 10L cylinder pressing water in 4m tube, moving divider to the right, while juice is pressed out. Indicate bottling station. The press is what it s all about, spend minimum 2 minute on this. You also have to show the 4 valves (2 at each end of the 4m tube, how they open and close when juice/water flows in/out.
The jack releases pressure after having pressed 1.7L in 4m tube, valve closes. After 3min(show time slice, 5 sec, during which you show bacteria dying), jack reactivates pressure, when equal to tube pressure, valve driven by air pressure compressor, opens valve, jack piston goes backwards, pressure to zero, vale closes. 10L water cylinder air pressure controlled valve opens, juice out valve opens, juice is pressed out, all valves close, juice in valve opens , juice pressure cylinder presses juice into tube. Cycle recommences, zoom out.
