While working in B2Bsoft company I have made a lot of complex ETL engines based on SSIS with different data sources. Described task is difficult and very complex. But i am completely experienced to resolve it. But bid amount i defined is not complete amount. Because my account does not allow higher money values due to it beginners state. Complete cost will be about 3000$ and about two weeks for development. This is gross estimate.
