We need to change the workflow approval form that approvers see. Currently, when approvers click the email link they are directed to DispForm.aspx. Then they need to click the Edit Item button to be taken to [login to view URL] before being able to approve of reject an item. A further complication is that is that [login to view URL] allows editing of all fields which is confusing to some users that only want to review the document and approve. What we need is a replacement form that approvers are taken directly to from the email link. The new form should display minimal information and provide approve/reject buttons.
