Outlook VSTO

I need an MS Outlook 2013/2016/2019 compatible VSTO which does the following :

1. Grab sender's name, email address

2. Read attachments from the email and show them on the form along with the dropdown.

3. The dropdown has fixed values (-5-6 of them). Each attachment can be marked as one of the dropdown values e.g. one attachment can be marked as "passport", other can be marked as "driving license" etc.

4. The form has a few text field e.g. amount, city etc. and a submit button.

5 When 'Submit' button is pressed, the VSTO calls an API and submits the information (and the documents).

I'll provide the API.
