.net Application Windows 7 and UP

Hello, I can develop this music player you describe. I would like to know what type of stream are you planning to use for the connection? is it m3u? or some other? If we use the right version of the .NET framework, even older versions like Windows XP would be able to run the application. Also I noticed that in the images attached that the text is written in spanish, I can speak spanish and can develop the app in spanish if needed too.
