Need completed CRM application in C# / MVC

I wish to acquire the source code rights to an already developed CRM system based on Microsoft technologies and have you modify it for use in my real estate brokerage firm. My firm has several "branch offices" and each branch office has one or more real estate sales agents and where each sales agent may have one or more assigned assistants/support staff. The CRM should be able to track leads of buyers and sellers and real estate listings with people, photos, documents, and email through the sales funnel/cycle.
Please note: I am not looking for a developer to start from scratch, but rather an existing application that you can demonstrate to me currently that can be customized to accomplish the above goals.
