I am looking for a small console (CLI) application written in C# that would act as a proxy to a browser session.
I need to be able to login and navigate a web site, and be able to extract content either by HTML tag (Ex: grab everything within the <body> tag) or by an element ID (Ex: grab everything within <div id="print">). The grabbed output should be saved to a file and appended to. If I go page to page, I want the responses searched for the tag or id and the file appended to. This should also support frames (I assume that if I'm looking at a frameset, there are just multiple responses coming back - one per frame, each is examined, and if the element I'm interested in is there, it should append to the file). I do not need to know which file the element came from.
This should be on C#, .NET Core or .NET Framework, and a console application. I'll need the source code.
The proxy should not interfere with the responses, but inspect and save the requested content.
