Json Online Inventory to Access Database

What i have understood from the bid requirements is the creation of two way json manipulation tool. i would create an executable that will have the following structure 1- Download Inventory Button --> Download inventory data in a JSON format from online source ([login to view URL]) and save it to ms access table --> Will need sample json structure 2- Upload Inventory Button --> Detect changes in ms access table and compare with online source and in case any changes are found will be updated on the fly.
