Integrated Google Ads Reporting with .Net Core UI app (MF)

I am looking for a .net core developer (3.1) that will:
- create UI application that will give access to all Google Ads reporting features required by Google to get an approval [login to view URL] (reporting only with RMF for Reporting Functionality)
- create core application that will expose interfaces used in UI application
- use DI/SOLID principles
Basically he needs to implement Google Ads .net SDK, that will allow to:
- sign with UI app into Google account (that has to support 3rd user accounts and has to be provided on a login form)
- show all reporting features from Google Ads on UI app
1. App has to pass Google verification process
2. App has to work with 3rd party accounts
3. App has to use SOLID & DI
4. App has to use provided template for UI
5. Code to legal rights for the app stays with me
