Create a reliable algorithm or method to correctly count the number of squares presented in the sample uploaded images. This task requires knowledge of image processing and analysis (related: OCR). The code must be utilizable in C#, either by creating the code natively in C# or creating a DLL that can be utilized by C# (C/C++, VB.NET, etc.). Any necessary helper libraries ([login to view URL], Emgu CV, etc.) are acceptable for use.
