I have gone through the xlsx sheet you provided, it seems big project to me, i would require more detailed SRS to give you my final quote I have total 15+ years of experience in .NET Technologies out of which 9 Years in ASP.NET MVC with C#. I have worked from software developer to software architect role in various Companies and from last 4 years, i am doing freelancing. In academics, I have done Ph.D. in Computer Science & Engineering. I have also checked the attached Excel File to understand the overall scope of project, as you have explained all the features nicely. I can also give you our team high level understanding paragraph to make sure that we are both on the same page in terms of requirements understanding but my main concern is that our team estimate coming higher than US $5,000, so not sure if you can be flexible in it. No doubt, there are many bids within this budget range, as every bidder want to get this project, because on Freelancer website, whatever budget you will select to post the project, mostly people will bid within that budget range, no matter what actual working hours or cost it takes to develop.
