We are developing a Learning Management System in C# using ASP.NET Core and would like to allow our system to play Tin Can lessons built in Articulate. This project is only to upload and play the file in our system. It does not need to do any tracking or reporting.
The lessons are generated in a program called Articulate and then uploaded to the LMS (learning management system) where students can view them. Here is a video of Wordpress plugin that does exactly what we want to replicate: [login to view URL]
The project requirements are:
1. An admin can upload a .zip file from Articulate into the system
2. The .zip file is processed and stored on the server
3. When a student views the page the lesson will play in the browser
Our LMS already has support for Scorm and that code would just need to be altered to also play Tin Can files. Here is a video of our current system uploading and playing Scorm files: [login to view URL]
To clarify. This project is only to play the file, you do not need to implement reporting. If this project goes well we would like to continue working with you to also implement Tin Can reporting features.
