Program for windows will accept input of an image of person and detect if human being or part of human being is in the image, then it will output image with one the following:
Skin filled in with gray color.
the human or part of human filled in with gray color.
This can be based on skin color and/or facial recognition algorithms or machine learning approach.
All code needs to be open, unlicensed.
Prior to accepting your bid, you will have to inform me of your algorithm/general approach.
The program does not any fancy UI just simple input,output.
Deliverables include clear professional source code written in c with comments and documentation and a compiled version.
