Astrology Parameters - Extraction from Swiss Ephemeris

Astrodienst is a company that provide 'Swiss Ephemeris' which is the database used for astrology software. They provide API as portable C source code and also as Windows DLL which calculates basic parameters for preparing horoscopes. Programmer is required to provide us these basic parameters and some calculations which should be directly usable in our software being developed in C# and ASP.Net. We need data in excel or similar format (and not as API or JSON etc). It will be very easy for someone already having experience with 'Swiss Ephemeris'. We want sidereal Lahiri option with Porphyry (or Sripati) house system only. Results should match with standard software like Jagannath Hora and Parasara Light. Summary of requirements is as blow: (Must take latitude, longitude, time-zone, daylight saving time where applicable for place of birth and birth time supplied up to second format to calculate planetary and other details) 1) Sunrise, sunset time, next day sunrise time, Panchanga details. 2) Planet degrees (360 and 30 degree format both), Sign or Rasi with lords, whether or not retrograde, speed of planets, nakshatra with lord, Gulika degrees. 3) Rasi chart, Sripati bhava chart, Divisional Charts (16) with Rasis and lords and placement of Gulika. 4) Bhava beginning, cusp and ending must be given in 360 degree format. 5) Vimshottari dasa accessible at least to 3rd level at any point of time. 6) Bhinnashtaka and Sarvashtaka based on Sripati Bhava Kundali. 7) Planetary avasthas - system of 12. Note: Help will be rendered if required, specially for calculation of Gulika, and point nos. 6,7.
