Affiliate Marketing for a Saas-Application

We have a SaaS-application and want to develope an affiliate-marketing system.
We need support in basic questions:
- How can we generate affiliate links?
- How are affiliates links read out and assigned to partners?
- How are commissions automatically paid and bills created?
- How can lifetime commissions be calculated?
Our back office is developed in C # and ASP.NET.
We need consulting (how to manage/structure such a system) and developing (how to build such a system).
