Help Create a Normalized Data Schema for a Database

Hi, I'm working on creating a SQL Server 2008 database. My source data are .csv files with about 2400 columns, representing financial information on stocks. I want to use these, but I can't make a table that is 2400 columns wide for performance reasons. That's why I'm on here-- to find someone smart to do this for me, since I'm too busy at the moment. I have very good documentation on the data format from the data vendor, which should answer most questions for you. Please note that I am looking to hire only people significant experience with development and programming. The job of modeling a DB schema isn't rocket science, but it is difficult to do the right way. You will also need to have good english language skills, because your primary source of information will be the vendor's DB documentation. I will then take the results of the If I do hire you, my plan is to send you the CSV file by ftp or google talk, as well, as the data documentation, and have you create a new database on your computer. Normalize the data and create db diagrams, and when you are done, send me the database backup file so I can integrate it into my existing server. Please, only bid if you 1) have done work like this in the recent past and 2) are confident that you can start prompty and finish in a reasonable time frame.
