I have over 15 years of overall IT experience. I have around 7 years of Project Management experience. I have handled multiple teams, organizations, and technologies.
I have worked with CMM-5 level companies and for top customer projects in industries like Retail, Manufacturing, Insurance, and Telecom.
I have managed many projects and understand the importance of a detailed Risk Management Plan. It feels good to know the seriousness of a proper risk management plan and this project! :)
Having said that, the requirement is really a 1 liner. If you award me the project, I will need to know many inputs for the creation of this Risk Management Plan. Some of these are:
1. Project Background Information
2. Any org assets or historical information
3. Project charter (you might have already identified a few basic risks?)
4. Scope Baseline, Network diagram etc (basically all plans that you might have already created)
5. Stakeholder register etc
Also, what outputs are you expecting? Risk Management Plan or even the Risk Register with all the risks identified and qualitative and quantitative analysis performed?
As you may be aware, Risk Management needs to be done after a lot of synch-up with various stakeholders. So your time would be needed as per the progress. Please consider this as an expectation and you may want to schedule regular calls to provide this information.
I am not setting up any milestones unless you clarify all these requirements.
