Experience leading projects as a Business Analyst
Prior experience delivering any Saas or Digital Projects/Websites
Ability to analyse, recommend and improve complex business workflows
Software configuration skills
Feature/product development
Testing experience
Software support and resolution skills
Advanced Word or Excel or PowerPoint skills
Ability to hold workshops and present to clients
Confident liaising with developers
Ability to multitask and prioritize
Strong documentation skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, unstructured, business
Experience working across the SDLC, seeing a project through to go-live
Excellent communication skills
