Business Analyst (Banking)

We need to build a system for brokers on wholesale mortgage, developing solutions for broker teams, brokers are not employees but third party, so they don’t know how the system should look like, they are hiring resources to help them with it, change request, service request, production support, project management office, azure devops, service now for change requests, test cases in azure devops, PMO is using service now, be a self starter, manage time properly Requirement: We need someone to create and establish those relationships throughout the organization. Ideally someone who has worked with a relevant POS product (Forward Mortgage). CloudVirga preferred. This would be testing-intensive, as it is a vendor product. Collaborate and work with the business to understand what their needs are. Vendor collaboration specifically is just as important. Will be partnering with existing CloudVirga teams regarding updates to their new system. This is on the Wholesale side not retail, so someone coming from that division would be ideal Pricing testing involved Understand that we are not simply looking to tweak or add functionality, we are rebuilding platform Integration and data awareness is important, “how do I test values in each area (income, property type ect)” Must have Testing: create a loan, does it get through middle tier and into vendor LOS. Is integration accurate, can loan process all the way down to funding and post-closing without error—test case creation/execution, defect tracking using Azure devops & Middle tier: Del Boomi
