House build

I have a floor plan from a double wide mobile home that I want to build as a permanent structure. This will be a raised wood floor residence. I'm building this on hard south Mississippi clay soil that was once an oil well site, so it's packed phenomenally well, and I'll be able to pour a 16" wide by 12" deep footer and have no settling issues. My stem wall will be approximately 34" high from the top of the footer. I plan to use another stem wall along the center of the house for additional support, and columns between the perimeter and center stem walls if needed. The floors will be constructed with pine 2x10's and will be required to support two bathrooms with bathtubs. It will include an 8 ft. full length front porch with no change in roof pitch from crown to drip edge (8 ft. overhead clearance needed at the drip edge of the porch). I will be using metal roofing. Perimeter walls need to be 2x6 studs and all "optional windows" will be used as per the included picture. 8 ft. ceilings throughout. I'll figure out the steps leading up to the front porch and the railings as well. Electrical to be contracted, as well as septic system (I'll handle service water and drains). I'll be using 3/4" OSB for subflooring, and a 1" mud sill atop the stem wall blocks. Roof structure will be framed, unless you determine that trusses would be more suitable/economical.
