Firm of Architects & Surveyors in Croydon – Most projects London Area. Must be local. Site inspections and progress monitoring is essential. Undertaking Architecture, Building Surveying, Project Management, Principal Designers CDM 2015. We are looking for a hardworking and dedicated person to undertake the following main duties :- Contract Administrator Project Manager Design For small Construction Projects – London Area. Railway experience would be an advantage. Typical Construction Budget. 10K - 300k. Per project.
