plan for office building

Dear Sir, please only serious architectures, not amateur.... if what is not delivered not professional we will not pay. This is our second trial, first trial was a disaster. we have a land which we want to build 400-500m2 20m x 20-25m, this land is a commercial land and is on a corner, so it has two roads. in this building on the GROUND FLOOR we want to have four offices each office min 90m2 you can make the wc (men, women) shared between the four offices as you can make it in each office depending on style, then we can choose. We want that at least two of these offices to be build in a way that they can be joined to make one big office, for example only one wall separate them, and if we break the wall then we have a big office of 180m2. Then we want to have good stairs, the entrance of these stairs can be independent from the main entry for the ground floor, depends on the style. On the first floor, and second floor we want about the same thing. We want to have enough lighting, and enough air for the building. Some open space. We will need three different plans completely different from each other, we will choose one which will ask for slight modifications and make a complete one. Once we finalize the plan, we want to 3D modeling plan, foundation plan for steel and pillars, We want to have this done in three days max. so we need full dedication until we finish.
