WordPress Daily Blogger & Design a Japan Theme background

I need someone who can design the background of my blog to give it Japanese theme look.. Also I need someone on a SEMI - LONG TERM BASIS to post stories photos and information about Japan. 3 post per day that can pass the Copy Scape test meaning the articles should be made to be original or be original. This person should be able to speak and write in absolute fluent English with no mistakes throughout the blog..I'd hate to read a bunch of crap and have to delete post that made no sense after you spent hours writing them. So basically design a cute blog and then start blogging. I'll need someone who is good with seo because you'll have to keep in mind that I would need to rank high for blog tokyo and japanese women, and meeting japanese ladies etc because the main point of this blog is to link it to my Japanese dating website in the future once the site starts to rank and get listed in the search engines. Please bid with these items in mind 1.. Blogger will be paid once per month at the end of each month until cancelled. In this first month I will pay 50% in the beginning and 50% at the end of the month. 2. Starting with the 2nd month all payments will be paid at the end of each month 3. You must post 3 articles daily pertaining to people, places, and websites in Japan, also videos and photos.. 4. The first Months payment will be the same as the later payments because it's in the middle of the month and I'm taking into consideration the design of the site.. so I will not Pro-Rate the days lost in this first month.. Please bid as to what you are willing to accept PER MONTH on an ongoing basis to fill my site with wonderful information, resources and keywords geared toward meeting Japanese people..
