In essence the building is on two levels and is divided into 'front' and 'rear' and then tied in between
we are hard at work to establish the datums and install the first frames on the ground floor rear: and from then upwards would be your responsibility
as luck would have it, we built an exactly similar building right beside it : so you can take from the experience in building the neighbours but on a smaller scale
finally once your modelling is done, we may change somewhat the sizes of the beams to optimise the build and make it cheaper / more cost -effective : we have added random sizes to the design
