Slight modification to electrical drawing

Background This project is for an apartment/commercial building under construction. The building has a basement parking lot, ground floor commercial area, floors one to seven with two three bedroom apartments each, and a terrace. The building is in a region which does not require mechanical ventilation/heating/cooling. The only mechanical ventilation will be kitchen range hoods. Project Description The job is to slightly modify the electrical drawing and bill of quantity as follows. In the current drawing, the building's hot water supply consists only of two hot water heaters per apartment unit. Only apartments get hot water supply. The requirement is: 1) to remove these apartment unit water heaters and their electrical supply 2) place a 1000L hot water tank water heater on the terrace (roof). This heater may be solar or heat pump powered. If the heater is solar, it will need electric supply for backup heating, so please add electric supply for this purpose on the terrace, as well. The hot water tank will get its water from the water tanks on the terrace. Deliverables 1) Edited architectural drawing reflecting the above 2) Edited electrical drawing, including panels and breakers, reflecting the above 3) Edited bill of quantity, removing the apartment unit water tanks and their electrical supply, and adding a 1000L tank solar water heater.
