The location has changed as well. 19000 sqft has been acquired for the project and another 19000 is under the process of acquisition. 10k sqft of the space will be utilized for warehouse and the rest will be used for retail space. For now, we have decided to use the earlier acquired 5k sqft for an event space (marriage, parties, conferences) and we will like to move forward immediately with the plan. The said plot is of rectangular shape with 38 ft frontage facing the road (east) and 130ft depth. The basic features of the space will be a. Out of 5k sqft, 1500-200 sqft will be covered area, rest will be lawn space b. the bottom floor needs to be an open floor/hall/conference space c. the second floor needs around 5 rooms and a small drawing/sit in space d. a sit-in roof top e. the front two corner will have two different square space (a double decker container) for kitchen, storage ,staff) We are hoping to get a proper prefabricated and modular arrangement. The aesthetic & modularity will be our prime concern. We have seen some stuff built out of containers and some stuff done by a company called spacecube thats on top of our mind. We will love if you can provide an end to end service but will be happy eitherway, Our decision to go with PEB is basically the core of our plan because of the amount of times it takes.
