Architectural Drafter (Designer) is required to develop CAD Drawings based on surveys and measurements, you will receive a cad drawing that needs electrical, plumbing and RCP symbols, dimensions, labels, exterior and interior elevations, find photo locations based on 360 spherical views provided. from as-built plans of 1 story (5000 - 10000 sqft), detailed and accurate elevations are required, some heights provided, others have to be calculated or approximated.
10-20 projects to be developed in the next 2 months, but you are bidding over one single project.
Turn around of 3-4 calendar days after floor plans are provided. Please don't bid if turn around times can't be met.
Daily commitment of at least 4 hours, Please don't bid if you can't commit to that minimum time frame,
Floor and Roof Plans, 360 panoramas, pictures, samples and instructions provided.
Autocad only, Imperial measurement system format only. Needs to be very familiar with Feet and Inches. American construction system and terminology. You will be naming walls and floor materials only with a few pictures. Cloud Point to Revit is desirable.
Samples can be used as guidance but every elevation needs to be done from scratch.
4-5 external views,
4 or more internal elevations required.
1-2 Sections
Cad Notes and dimensions, 6-7 Sheets per project,
Excellent communication skills required on English Language. Excellent writing in English is a Must.
