Injection mold design based on STL model

I have a 3D model in STL format that I created myself and successfully 3D printed on shapeways.com.
This model is quite complex and has some strict requirements for wall thickness (0.7-1mm in some points) and for curvature (the model is curved along two axes).
I need to create a design for injection mold, or at least an industry standard 3D model (AutoCAD), that would be accepted by a 3rd party injection mold manufacturer.
