Happy Empire - A Bouquet for the Princess game, sound design for new trailer

We have our casual game Happy Empire - A Bouquet for the Princess. It is a game about empire's suffering after the war that is already finished and it's strugle for it's union. We wanted to order sound design (music + quality, well-chosen sounds) for our new trailer for that game. You can use music that is already exist. But it should be free to use (no copyright restrictions) What emotion we want to get in that sound design? That is important! We need tragic emotion as stories about medieval war and suffering but with hope to revive the empire and willingness to fight. In other words - it should not sound too tragic as if hope faded away. The sound design must reflect suffering of the people and troubled times for the empire. I also ask not to use OSTs from popular brands/films/games etc. Would be great to get a short sample made on for our trailer and superimposed on it! Thank you! Please send your offers!
