I have a pending project that involves recording and editing one-on-one audio interviews with 10-12 doctors at hospital facilities in Berkeley and possibly Oakland CA, covering various medical topics. These audio interviews would be used on local websites as part of an ad campaign for the hospitals(s). Short excerpts might be used on radio. We are expecting to set up between three and six recording sessions at the hospital(s), with multiple doctors slotted into each session.
Project requires portable digital recording equipment, such as a laptop with Adobe Audition or ProTools, pro quality mics. Final product will be between 10 and 13 edited interviews in MP3 form, average length 10 minutes. This project may require several visits to hostpitals.
Audio should be digitally delivered, no physical backup.
Note that the timeframe stated on this bid request is just a placeholder. The actual timeframe for this project will be dependent on the availablility of doctors participating in Interviews. I will work to clarify specific date requirements ASAP.
