Simple Forms Processing with DB Backend

Job Description: Programmer This is a simple job to make a simple contest script. SHORT DESCRIPTION: The script will take form input and on submission, checks to see if a person is the random "winner". If they are the winner then additional info is gathered and entered into the database. If they are not the winner, the form passes the original data to another form and submits it. LONG DESCRIPTION: I need a script that will basically be a "form" BEFORE a "form". In otherwords it will need to pass through data to a preexisting form. It will be a "contest" form to do the following. Users will submit information to the form you create. ON the backend the form is going to check to see if the form submitted is at a specific time. If so, it redirects to a specific URL and does NOT submit the Form Information. If it is NOT the specified time, it simply passes through all information to the form. In the admin section, number of winners per day or week should be a selectable variable, and then randomly generated times are saved in the database. The form submitted CLOSEST to that time is the "winner" or selected time as listed above. This script will also need to save the "winners" basic data in a winners table. This will be running on a windows 2k3 machine - so asp or asp.net is preferred language, but open to other options. MSSQL or XML is fine for the database TABLES (Tables & Record Fields are already created) -Search -Winners -Wintime -Prizes -Winlog Optional: -Refferer -Referral PROCESS FLOW: ==Collect Prize data and add to prizes table ==generate random times for windate and put in wintime table daily ==on form submit - pull ip address and referrer if any and store in search table ==If form is "<" or second (or later) submission ">" then pass though form fields to appropriate form and END ==If form time is "=" or the first one ">" current wintime then redirect and open winners form/url ==collect additional winner data and store in winners table ==save win information in winlog table ==notify admin by email Nice to do: store last two win dates or USERID if any in appropriate winners table Must have: 2 years experience in MSSQL or XML 2 examples of random generation & database Technical skills needed: ASP.NET or ASP Classic, XML or MSSQL, HTML FORMS Processing Sorry, PHP is NOT an option Special consideration will be given to candidates that have a mockup or similar project. This job should take an experienced coder 1 hour and a mid level coder 2 hours -- PLEASE KEEP BIDS REASONABLE!
