We have port forwarding on the router to [login to view URL] via port 3386
We try and access the website with http://our external ip/website and its not working. We need assistance as im not an expert. Person must fix and let me know how it was done.

I have got many years of experience in Microsoft IIS configuration/troubleshooting as well as in network design and configuration. The success will depend not only on being able to remote into the windows machine but also to have access to the router(s).
Hello, I have a lot of troubleshooting skills in networking (its my daily occupation). I am more than confident I can fix this for you, and brief you how this is done and how you can troubleshoot issues like this in the future.
Hello,
I'm interested in working with you. I've deployed multiple IIS websites in the past, so I know what the most common issues are, so hopefully I can fix this issue and explain the cause of it.
Please PM me if you have any questions.
