Upgrade .asp application with AJAX

I developed an application with dreamweaver, that is working great, but I would like to improve the interactivity, functionality and ease of use. It's in spanish. The application is in: <[login to view URL]> You can log in using user: test, pwd: 123 The application helps me assign tasks to my team, follow up on them, and in the top right button "actas", my team keeps a log for each meeting they have. I need an AJAX programmer to: - Propose what can be changed on the application in order to improve the speed the users interact with the application. AJAX functionality. Some required upgrades are: - Fast view, make observations, and complete users own tasks. - Fast view, make observations, reassign, change due date, of assigned tasks. - Fast view of tasks assigned to others (Name, Tasks due). - The system has to check daily what tasks are pending per user, or will be soon overdue, and send a report by email. - When log in, detect computer, and when logged in it should maintain the session open for a Langer time (cookie or other). - The system was designed initially for the company’s employees, so only users with [login to view URL] could use it. Now, we want to include people from outside the company to be able to use the application. - Sometimes, tasks are assigned two times to the same user. The user has to be able to merge two duplicate tasks. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
