We require online Estate Agent software system. To be programmed in ASP.Net (Visual Basic) and MS Sql Server 2005.

The project will be completely spec'd including sitemap, tech spec and wire frames.

It is envisaged that the project would take one competent ASP.Net programmer 4 months to complete working on the project fulltime.

We are looking to lessen this development time as much as possible.

At the moment we are looking for availability and competence to complete this project. Assuming a good response the full specification will be released to allow final quotes to be presented.

For the moment, please bid if you are very competent ASP.Net programmer/team and let us know the cost for 4 man-months. Ideally we want to complete the project within 2 calendar months, so please only bid if you can meet these requirements.
