Ajz, below are the specifics as we've discussed. I may have left out something but it still should be as we've discussed........

* We will only have 5 or 6 items that we will sell (for now).

* We just need 1 sport working, for now.

* When we add another sport my plans are to duplicate the page and adjust the code (if I can). I should be able to.

* A "SIZE" and "QUANTITY" option will be needed for each item sold (I want to be able to edit this)

* Registration and then login required to place an order (data needed = firstname, lastname, sport, address, city, state, zip, phone #1,emailaddress, username, password, date) see example on website ([url removed, login to view])

* User needs to be emailed their registration details along with their username and password following registration.

* User will register for each sport but only once for each sport.

* Users WILL NOT be editing their registration info. They will email us if changes are needed.

* We will need a "forget your password" option that sends the user their password to their email address

* For each product, we'll need item#, sports, gender, item description, size, color

example;

* (item numbers to match the sport and gender as follows - Baseball-boys=101??, Lacrosse-boys=201??, Lacrosse-girls=202?? (see below)

* Product item numbers (5 to 6 products for each sport) I will add. (item# 00=sports / 0=gender / 00=item). Id like to entter this info.

* All data in MS database

* I need to be able to add the above items to the database

* Database table should also include date of last login with first and last name.

* Users logged-in name should appear at the top of all pages (see website for example)

* Cart totals should appear at the top of all pages (see website for example)

* If all order data, name, etc. is in 1 table then I can query it for the client when he needs it.

* Two people (possible more) will need to get emailed the details for every order. Plain text is ok. I can make template.

* I dont know PayPal details except all transaction details should log to and credit clients account.

* Need a prompt after login that says "Will you be making an order today" (Y/N). See example on website ([url removed, login to view]). This data needs to be in the table in database. I know this means they're be multiple records for users.

* If answer to above prompt is NO then another prompt should appear saying "Would you still like to view products, or exit?". No data needed here.

* All sports will not be available all the time. Only upcoming sports. I will link those to a "coming soon" page

* Each sport will only be open, or live for a specified amount of time, usually 10 days. I will control with links.

* I will create each page for each sport and gender. I will create the large popup view of each product (same coding as on the site now).

This is most all the details I can think of. Please view the website as it should show most of the examples ([url removed, login to view]).
