Zillow for property value calculation, with landlord input mortgage amount can use to calculate net worth.

Five distinct UI's

1. Site admin (controlls all landlords and site management)

2. Landlord (controls tenant access, SMS (events), payment options, contract options) - (if multiple uses becomes a property manager, and has control over user

accounts)

3. Tenant (SMS reminders (only the ones when when ontime))

4. Call Center (similar to site admin without site settings, manage tenant and landlord)

5. Accosiation (similar to landlord - collect annual due, assess fee's, journal notes, file storage, can create accounts)

Site admin defines the account as "landlord" or "accociation" (besides the basic added by site admin, the fee names, and credit names are defined at this level)

Keep in mind the property stays, tenants move in and out - need to make sure tenants see only information applicable to them and not all property information or other past tenant information)
