IPhone/Ipad App to work with online quiz using MS SQL db

I have an established online web quiz which contains an ASP frontend quiz and MS SQL database. I now would like a developer to be able to put the quiz onto the IPhone/IPad. The basic idea will be that the IPhone will communicate with the MS SQL database to load the questions, this way I only need update the database. This is very important as I have over 500 question in the database and it is increasing all the time. I need the developer to know ASP and how to connect to the database, I am willing to work with them in order to make this happen. I will not convert the database to MySQL, XML or any other format. I do expect a progress report and all correspondence must be answered and NOT ignored, I am an apple and iphone/Ipad user so will have the capability to test the system. I have the latest SDK already installed. The reason for being so strict is because this is the 4th attempt in getting the app developed. I have been let down every time. The questions are loaded in random from the MS SQL database before the quiz loads and this will need to happen on the App. There are 4 pages in total on the online quiz. The opening screen The main quiz screen The review screen The result screen The user should be able to decide when they have finished the quiz, when they do finish they should be shown: • Score • Status (Pass or Fail) • Time taken in minutes & seconds • Date The IPhone App Page 1 - Startup Initially at start-up, the user will see the front page and a button to start the quiz. Page 2 - Quiz This is the quiz page, the user, if possible, will have the same view as if he was on the web site. After the user selects the answer thy will get either a tick (correct) or cross (wrong) and a next button. The score will be updated before moving onto the next question. Page 4 – End of Quiz This will show a summary or all the questions that they have take with the result of either correct (tick) or wrong (cross) They will also have a link to take the quiz again. All questions are multiple choice. All information regarding web site address, variable names, subject, question ID, names and MS SQL database information will be given to the developer. This IPhone application once completed will need to be uploaded onto the App store for approval. I personally do not have any experience in this field and will require the developer to take care of this procedure once all final checks have been completed. All the logo’s needed will be supplied in any format. The background colours and other logos will need to be discussed. All graphics that cannot be supplied will be designed by the developer. No sound required. Once the final application is finished I will require full copyright and all coding.
