Hi My first experience at Freelancer was not a good one. Last week I completed 21 content articles over 8 days (around 50 hours) and was not paid the approx. $850 I was owed by the employer, who has since disappeared off the radar. A really bitter pill to swallow and still not completely digested yet, but have to put that behind and move forward. The big positive is that I proved to myself I can write under time pressure on a wide variety of subjects, most of them not familiar to me and averaging 500 words in under two hours, including research. As you will see in my profile, I have 20 + years experience as a journalist. Deadlines are no strangers to me, but I am meticulous and don’t sacrifice quality for speed.
