Content Writing for Home Page

Project Description: We are seeking an Australian/USA/UK resident freelance writer for our real estate related websites. We have multiple websites established, which lack quality content, and more websites to be established soon. At this time we want to focus on our websites and input as much content in order to enhance our SEO presence and user interest on website. We cannot compromise on the quality of the writing. English as a first language is must. This could be an ongoing project, but looking to work with someone for the next 6-12 months. To start with we need a person who can write a 1000 words Home Page content for our real estate industry website. We will provide the keywords, brand name and reference websites. Once we satisfied with the work, we will assign the 50 sites where we want to add/update Home Page Content. We have more than 50 sites for which home page needs to update. Please only apply if you understand the real estate industry and can research & write contents around this topic throughout the foreseeable future. Job Description: - English as a first language - Create high-quality content that conveys technical concepts in a voice that targets our audience - Work with business teams to gather product information regularly - Take on ad-hoc writing as they arise - Quick communication channel, Skype, Gmail, etc - No Wikipedia or automated or spun contents accepted - Contribute ideas on improving existing messaging and content Payment can be hourly or word based. For hourly, 500+ words an hour is expected. This content will represent a services company is offering so quality must match their expectations.
