Arduino programming with WiFi and email / text notifications, and simple electronic circuit for custom lubrication spray system

The scope of this project is to provide a complete Arduino program for a spray lubrication system.
The lubrication system will be designed with simplistic functionality but with extreme redundancy.
This project will require Arduino programming and also electronic knowledge
An Arduino controller will operate all functions of the system including
Input
Hall Effect flow sensors – to determine the pump function or the sprayers are plugged.
Reservoir level sensors – to determine if the fluid is low or the filter is clogged
Output
Interface with Turk die proximity sensor (simple closed or open circuit upon alarm)
- Customer can use one channel of die-pro system to activate production halt
Pump relay
Audible alarm
Visual lights
Indicators – Power on, Pump running, low fluid, filter clogged, no flow (which sprayer)
Notifications
System must be capable of sending Text and emails via WiFi.
I will need in-depth assistance with this part. Subscription based services are not permitted for this function.

An option to disable either / both email or texting for the following triggers
Filter clogged
Lubrication low (lube fill required)
Spray head flow failure – clogged head, pump fail or lubrication tank empty

Relay option - KNACRO 4-Channel DC 12V Relay Module or KEYESTUDIO 4 Channel Relay Shield
Flow switch - Gems Sensors FS-4 Series Ryton Flow Switch for main pump
Flow sensors - DIGITEN G3/8 Water Flow Sensor Hall Effect Flowmeter for each spray head
Tank differential float – 2 float switches (one on dirty side and one on clean side of tank)
12V or 24V siren for alarm
12V or 24V visual light for alarm
12V or 24V indicator lights
Freelancer to provide:
Complete program
An electrical diagram (simple sketch) will be required
Complete support until testing phase is complete
90% payment upon complete system testing in field
10% payment after modifying and finalizing during customer testing (up to 2 weeks of testing)
