Application entry data and accounting services.

I need a very simple iOs android application for a small company that starts. The user (employee) will have to enter his expenses by choosing a project already defined by the administrator. Moreover, for the same project, the user must enter the number of hours worked per day. In the application one should be able to open the camera to take pictures of the invoices and receipts and to be able to archive them. The whole will have to be archived in a database of data or excel file. In addition there must be an accounting component for directors.
