Shopify app for screen printing designer

We are looking for some to develope an app that will allow customers to design t-shirts online through shopify. This app must qualify for use on shopify. It will require the ability to quote multiple color prints in multiple locations in the screen printing industry. The back end of the app will require multiple levels of customization including unlimited price breaks for product quantity to be ordered as well as multiple color price breaks. All bidders must show previous shopify apps they have developed and have been approved by shopify. An understanding of the screen printing industry and pricing will be a huge benefit and asset.
