Hire an App Developer

I need an app developer who can create and app based around the following specifications: The app is going to store multiple logins for an existing .mobi site. The app will be a password store so that the user just needs to press a button to log into each account. The logins will not be simultaneous, they will be one at a time. The tricky part is that there will need to be a VPN connection son that each login will come from a different IP address. I do not have any VPN links I expect you to advise on the best method. It may be a case of creating a self contained VPN for this app or you may have a better way of having each login generate a separate ip address. So the app will be as follows; The user opens the app and presses the connect button for the user a/c that they want to connect to, this then opens the .mobi site in Safari, they can then press the “return to app” link to return to the app. Pressing the return to app link will also log the user out of the .mobi site. When they press another user a/c link the first action will be to refresh the VPN link so that the ip address of this connection is not the same as the previous account connection.
