I am looking for an experienced HP / Micro Focus Service Manager to work remotely with me on some tailoring requirements as following:
1- Customizing an incident form by adding a box that allows search by employee ID instead of employee name
2- Configuring auto assignment rules based on Business Service
3- Writing rules for auto selecting Business Service based on the category/subcategory/area used
I have more scenarios and the objective is to be able to do each scenario so I am able to apply it at customer site as they don't have online access.
