Enbed audio & players on webpage

I have a number of website updates and redesigns that I need done. As a test drive, I'd like to see what the quality and speed of the following job is: I have a page in Dreamweaver that has links to the audio I want featured, but want the audio embedded on the page with embedded players. I also want very simple editing of the files done (e.g. having small talk and advertisements at the beginning cut). I need this sent back to me in a form that will allow me to continue to change the text/copy on my own with Dreamweaver CS3 as I need to later. That's all I need done for this first job.
