video animation

I would like to make a short advertising video clip with 3d realistic animated character for a special covid mask product. Here is the story (I will detail more if we work together): 1/ In a urban environment (street with buildings and stores) , will see 6 characters passing (one walking in the street, one exiting a store after shopping, one jogging with his dog, on scootering, one bycycling, one driving a car) holding their standard covid mask, and then comes one other character with the special covid mask. 2/ And after this street living animation, the video ends with the special mask animated itself (only the mask animated, no character) with its technicals informations. 3/ Additional information: - The video clip will be between 30sec and 60sec max - I do not need unique character creation, you can use the one you already have - Include a backgroup music sound - Include some sound effect - Include Explainer voice over & sound effects - I own the video right - Deliver delay : not very very urgent.
