Import a COLLADA 3D Keyframed animation into Unity's ARKit (Must read entire description!)

I have a COLLADA file that includes multiple 3D models that have baked textures, and keyframe animations built in.

I'm running into some limitations of what Apple's SceneKit is able to handle with importing COLLADA files into the project as it seems not very flexible with the kind of animations it can handle within it, so I want to see if Unity is the direction in which I should be taking my project (if it can handle the types of animations that SceneKit is having a problem with).

Here is a screen recording of what the 3D animation looks like. (obviously if you get the project you'll be given the actual project files to work with)

Note: The sun model in this video does not have the spikes that come out of the sun made visible, on account that I recorded this using Xcode's 3D model previewer, and the spikes aren't showing for some reason, although I know the spikes should actually be there, and they should show up in THIS project.

I need you to create a Unity project using Apple's ARKit plugin ([login to view URL]), to make the animation play out in front (in augmented reality).

End result should be that I can run the program on an ARKit compatible iPhone, where the only feature is that when you run the app, the 3d animation scene in the collada file, plays out in front of you at a reasonable scale, and repeats the animation only 1 time and ends.

There aren't any UI, or buttons, or anything beyond "animation should play out in front of the user in the augmented reality using ARKit".

IMPORTANT: In your "bid" you need to put the text "IACTUALLYREADTHIS" so I know you aren't just an automated posting.
