I would like to commission a 2 or 3 minute animated video in this style: [login to view URL] The content topic is to explain is an overview of the disease here: [login to view URL] Within scope for this project: Animation suggestions and a completed 2 to 3 minute animated video - 1 10-second proof to agree on direction, then 1 final full-length draft, only 1 round of minor edits and done. Out of scope: I will provide voice-over for 2-3 minutes - that is not required as part of the scope. You do not need to worry about music. I will provide the actual text for the frames also but for the proofing, you can take your best guess from the page above Constraints: No flash or swf files - needs to be Vimeo, Youtube compatible encoding.
