I am looking for a freelancer( NO companies please) to work with me for the long term to create 2d animated explainer videos with voice over. Initially, lets create one video, if the output is good, we can go for more videos. For 100 words of a script - less than 59 seconds video with British voice over. I need the budget to be less than 45$ as it's a continuous work. I have done these kinds of video at these budget. If the budget doesn't fit you, please don't bother to bid.
