2D animator for edtech mathematics videos

I am Akash from Cuekey this side. We are a fledgling Ed-tech startup initiated by IIT-Delhi alumni. We've been trying to make byte-sized animated videos using a combination of stock videos, gifs and vectors from online libraries but now we really want to graduate over to bona fide and unalloyed animation done through more sophisticated and targeted tools like Adobe AE, flash etc.
We plan to run an initial pilot of about 30 videos of roughly 3-5 mins each. We would be providing our visual references, voice over, storyboard, detailed topic research and even script that you could build upon.
The desire is to achieve real and high-quality animation for every frame. If you do have any experience regarding this domain, we would love to see some samples from you.
